IT'S OFFICIAL!!!!
There's only three things that I want for my house, a dog, a scrapbook room, and of course a baby. For two years I've been begging Edwin about this and he said he's not ready for a dog or a baby but he'll go for the scrapbook room idea. Dude, by the time this boy is ready for a kid my ovaries will probably be on shutdown since I'm hitting 30. HA!!!!
Anyways I'm finally going to get the scrapbook room of my dreams!!!!!!!! I'm sure you all have seen this in the latest CK mag and when my eyes first landed on this, my jaw dropped. "This is it Edwin, I found it, this is the room I WANT"!!!! Yelling at the top of my lungs and pushing the magazine in front of Edwin, he said "Okay, you can have it". YAY!!!!!
I've been looking for the perfect scrapbook room for the past 2 years and I really never saw anything out there I LOVED until now. Check out all the pictures of this room, it's beautiful!! Check it out here.
Doesn't this look like something out of a Pottery Barn magazine? Wow!!!! This by far is the look I've been going for and never could find it anywhere. The creator of this room did it for less than $400!!!! This is quite a bargain when you compare it to the scrapbook desks and organizers that are sold in the stores or magazines, right?????
Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas to help me plan my room???? I'd love to see everbody's scrapbook space. I'm too embarrassed to show mine, all my junk is in the closet and I scrapbook on the floor since I don't have any work space big enough to scrap. So show me your space sometime and I would love to hear any suggestions.

That scrap room looks fabulous!! Conrats on getting a new one!!! My only suggestion is to look around a ton before you buy anything (like organizational stuff) because I always manage to find something I like better than what I bought a couple days later!!! I can't wait to see the pictures when it's all done!!

Hmmm.. suggestions.. I keep my buttons and artificial flowers and such in canning jars on a shelf.. gives it a cool little look. I also have a trash "hole" on top of my desk. I can just wisp my trash into the hole (my trash can is underneath) LOVE IT!!!

I am so green with envy! I am cleaning my scrappy room up this weekend...I will email you picts after that. Use those 40% off coupons from HL...esp. for those little containers, etc. As long as they are the exact same item, you can get them all at 40% off at during one visit.
